Spriegelhalter / Planenstütze Anhänger mit 30mm Bordwand - Tie rod holder / tarpaulin support Trailer with 30 mm side wall

Hier findet ihr die von mir konstruierten Einhängstücke für Selbstbauspriegel auf einem PKW Anhänger mit 30mm Bordwand. Sie sind so ausgelegt dass man die Breite individuell mit 30 x 50mm (die real immer 28 x 48mm gesägt sind) Dachlatten annehmen kann, sie passen also für alle Hängerbreiten, Druckt euch so viele, dass ihr ca alle 60cm ein Paar setzen könnt.  Ein Langloch für Sicherungsschrauben habe ich auf beiden Seiten gelassen, Die Teile können also für beide Seiten genutzt werden!

Gedruckt wird am besten in PETG oder ABS, aufrecht (also in der Ausrichtung in der sie am Anhänger genutzt werden) mit Baumstruktur als Stütze, Ränder 5:, 35% Infill

Here you will find the mounting brackets I designed for DIY roof racks on a car trailer with 30 mm side walls. They are designed so that the width can be individually adjusted with 30 x 50 mm (which are actually always sawn to 28 x 48 mm) roof battens, so they fit all trailer widths. Print out enough so that you can place a pair approximately every 60 cm. I have left a slotted hole for locking screws on both sides, so the parts can be used on both sides!

It is best to print in PETG or ABS, upright (i.e. in the orientation in which they are used on the trailer) with a tree structure as support, edges 5:, 35% infill
