The model can and should be printed upright without supports anywhere. No infill required, you can change this to change the weight of the object but it makes little difference in frequency and amplitude (volume).
Layer height should always be under 0.2mm for 0.4/0.6 diameter nozzles.

There are two holes under, half a torus, where you can add a string to hang it or place 8mm circular magnets to make the object magnetic (very snug fit).
In the odd chance of the printed object making low or no sound, make sure there's no stringing inside the pressure chamber, you can use a brace through the hole to remove them.
If you feel it's too much, try a smaller model.
