Not fit for purpose. There's a lot of room in this thing where it isn't needed, and not enough room where it is needed.

The bolt holes and nut hexes are too small. See, when you make a hole for something, that hole needs to be slightly bigger than the thing you're putting in it. If you make a 3mm diameter hole for an M3 bolt, it doesn't slip through. Same with the nut traps, you have to slightly oversize them so that the nut can be pressed in.

Both parts shouldn't be attached by all three bolts. Similar to the stock part, the bottom part should go on and bolt in place through the bed, and then the top part should bolt onto the bottom part, so that you're not dealing with the wires, the jacket, the bottom part, the top part, and a bolt.

Finally, there's no view hole for the bed heater light. If replacing with black plastic that indicator lamp won't show. At least you didn't thread the thermistor wire through a hole in the bottom part like Prusa themselves did. Why do they keep doing that?

The holes are definitely tight there could’ve been a little bit more clearance specially, since were using nuts on the bottom. (edited)

Thanks. Works ok, but a litte tight. And I struggled a bit to get 20mm screws to work. So i drilled up a bit to countersink the screw. But it does what it's supposed to

@BjrnarGulhaugen Thanks for the input. I will look at the holes and make sure there is enough clearance.

Works for the Switchwire too
