[WORK IN PROGRESS] WHY2025 Badge

This is a work in progress, designed for the WHY2025 badge from published design files - nothing was test fit because I have no badge in my hand yet. First multicolor print of sorts, I'm looking into having the colors in separate STL files at one point.

Parts needed:

• 4x M2x4mm? threaded inserts to mount the badge
• 2x M3x6mm threaded inserts for beltclip
• 2x M2x3mm threaded inserts for power button mount
• 4x M2x8-10mm screws to mount the badge
• 1x belt clip (mounting holes 30mm apart, search aliexpress for TK 308 belt clip)

Update 2025-08-03

The hopefully final button box to use a 12mm x 12mm switch instead of whatever that tiny button on the badge is. 

ToDo 2025-08-18

After receiving the badge I now see some things that need to be updated. Especially the USB-C cutout needs to be a bit thinner in both paces. You also proably want to print @arturo182 ‘s front plate, since the keyboard isn’t too well supported by the badge spacer and font PCB.
