Sanding Block

None of the avilable sanding blocks fully matched what I was looking for. It needs the perfect size to have a proper grip and it needs to hold the sandpaper tightly. Additionally I did not want it to have any holes for the screws, that need to be covered.

Labelled uppper parts are also coming to show the grit of the sandpaper …

Required hardware:

• 2x knurled screws M3x10 or 2x Elothan's Thumbscrews as suggested by IWannaMakeStuff
• 2x M3x5 or M3x6 threaded inserts

• sanding_block_top_split_no_text_v31.pdf: print 2x to clamp sand paper to base, without text for sand paper grit
• sanding_paper_blueprint_v2.pdf: Blueprint for the sandpaper, print this from Acrobat Reader with the setting “actual size” and cut around it.
