I designed this scoreboard to keep track of scores in a game of killer darts.

I tried to keep the board as low profile as possible (9mm high) in order for it to be mounted on the inside of the dartboard cabinet doors

It measures 230x250mm, just about fits onto the door of my dartboard.

My print volume is only 220x220 so I had to break it up into multiple parts.

Before printing this, make sure your printer can put down clean 1st layers. The top covers are printed face down and any 1st layer blemished will be visible and annoying.

I've included 3 blank name plates of different sizes. Use the tools available in your slicer to emboss your custom names.

Printing

It's so low profile that print settings almost don't matter, just make sure corners aren't lifting and you should be okay.

  • PLA
  • 3 walls
  • 15% infill
  • Name carriers to be printed vertically, everything else, flat.

Assembly

  • Due to my limitations, I designed the name carriers to snap into the base
  • Press fit the X's into the sliders.
  • layout all sliders roughly in their places and snap the top cover on, this part is a bit fiddly.
  • There's no mechanical connection for the number strip, glue it in place, this will turn both top covers and the number column into a single piece.

Mounting

Mounting options will be added in future versions. Either screw through the base (make sure screws are flush) or use mounting tape.
