So, somebody walked away with my little blow-molded "Caution" sign, so I grabbed a google sign, made a Lithograph from it, scaled it up, and chopped it into 4 pieces.
At its current dimensions, the sign will be 16in x 24in or 40.6cm x 60.96cm
If the files don't fit on your printer, scale each piece as necessary, but remember to scale them all the same amount.
I've included the original, full size sign if you choose to want to cut it with meshmixer into more pieces. I've also opted NOT to make holes for it, as I have no way of knowing how you might mount your sign, so you can either add your own holes, or drill it after printing.
I would advise printing in ABS or similar so as to stand up against the elements, and of course print it in some yellow with a filament change at the very top swap to black. If not, paint the raised portions with black accordingly. It certainly wouldn't hurt to spray it with a UV resistant clearcoat before hanging, to help keep the color from fading.
