Can / Bottle / Cupholder on board top

I wanted a holder to securely put a bottle on the side of my bed. For that, I couldn’t find any existing model, so here’s my solution.

The holder sits snugly on the side board. The inner diameter of the holder is 76mm, which will accommodate most wine and beer bottles.

On my bed, the outer board is 33mm wide. Your board might be different, so I uploaded models from 16mm to 40mm in 1mm steps. I also included the source file from DesignSpark Mechanical (free for personal use). Keep in mind that scaling the model might make it too small for your bottle.

Printing recommendation is PLA with 0.2mm layer height, 3 wall loops, 20% infill with grid pattern. If you want the top to be really smooth, you can have your slicer software “iron” it.

Make sure, the bridge part is fully supported! For some strange reason, my slicer only wanted to support the edges.
