I needed a place to store my Spacemouse Compact during the rare times it wasn't in use, so I threw together this Skadis holder. I used Line Arc Line's wonderful T Clip system for the attachment--I tend to print out a handful of the clips and have them on hand for when I make my next Skadis project.
This holder was printed without supports using standard settings (pictured print had a layer height of 0.2mm)--no crazy wall counts necessary, despite the heft of the Spacemouse. The original version did have some wiggle to it, so I added some in-built Skadis inserts to the base to make it rock solid. Make sure to print two of the T Clips, and consider printing them in contrasting colors!
NOTE: The wired Spacemouse Compact should fit this holder, but some cord management would also be needed to keep your workspace looking clean. I really like this one.
Happy printing!
