Rear Cupholder Adapter for 2001-2006 Mini Cooper
Description
PDFThis adapter converts the rear cupholder for a 2003 mini cooper from a 65mm x 70mm (diameter x height) cupholder to a 100mm cupholder to hold a larger water bottle.
06/05/2025 V1: Just sketched and extruded rough outline for the shape; I need to measure the actual sizes and adjust.
11/07/2025 V2: Changed bottle from 100mm to 110mm. Changed lower half diameter from 60mm to 65mm.
15/07/2025 V2.1: Decreased cupholder height to 65mm.
16/07/2025 V2.2: Decreased cupholder height to 61mm. Increased cupholder thickness from 3mm to 5mm as I was concerned it wouldnt be strong enough for big bottles.
18/07/2025 V2.3: Added Chamfer to cupholder bottom
