This is a J Block for an outdoor hose bib. It's the flat surface type, not the recessed variety commonly sold in hardware stores. I use a piece of 6 inch cellulose PVC as a backer (It's 140mm wide, cut to 150mm long).
This looks far better than the J Blocks available from various sources, although it took quite a while to print and it warps badly. The part shown is the third print of this piece and it's warped a little bit, despite hair spray and the highest bed and chamber temps my printer can stand (100C bed, 75C toolhead).
I'll include my wedge for the Watts frost free hose bib. I believe it will fit several brands and looks better than the plastic wedge that comes with. My part is not slotted to fit on afterward. I installed it when I installed the assembly.
It's printed in ASA, 0.2mm layer height, 8% infill (Orca). The rear piece is printed in PLA.
I'll post a pic of the installed part in a couple of days.
