- This is designed to induce 50% more air into blower discharge mass flow rate.
- Based on the CFD simulation of the inductive super nozzle, discharge jet area is larger than regular round nozzles.
- This end nozzle has lower noise level comparing to conventional nozzles.

This design is based on aerospace after burners and inductive nozzles. I ran CFD on this part to compare round and star nozzles together. Based on the CFD simulation, area of the low pressure region at the exit of the star nozzle is 50% larger than the round nozzle region. The low pressure region is shown in orange. This part is simulated and designed by Eshtiawqees group in western Massachusetts. We can customize it for any round duct size.
