Currently this Model only works for Voron 0.2 or similiar small printers with 1515 extrusions.

ROAB short for Rainbow On A Budget.

The rectangular cutout on the back is for cable management if you only have one RGB port on your MCUs, allowing you to route data from one strip to the data input of the other strip.

Hardware

2-4x M3 \"Slide-in nuts\" or harder to use regular M3 \u201cHexnuts\u201d (have to be preinstalled)
2-4x m3x10 SHCS or BHCS
2-4x JST XH 2.54mm 3Pin
Any supported (by your hardware setup) 3-Pin led strip
- i used 8x 5050 with SK6812 driver 5v led strip 60leds/m aka. neopixels, (supported by SKR pico, my led strip is 10mm in width)
- a total strip length of approx. 130mm, u can use what ever length you want.

Material / Settings

Use ABS/ASA when installing ROAB on an enclosed printer
Walls, Top/Bottom: 4 layers
Infill: 15-30%
print orientation: standing, tall side up

Installation

prepare printed parts and electronical parts (see images)
insert 2 slide-in nut into the extrusion
screw the rear \u201croab_jst_connector.stl\u201d into the nut with a SHCS/BHCS that was inserted in step 1, this can be done where it will be in the final position
Take the other end of your LED strip and screw it into the second nut. This time, apply a little tension when tightening the screw so that the LED strip doesn't sag.
