Shower Head Fastener

Replacement part for some generic type of shower head fixture from quite some years back. Original, transparent fastener broke, the new one's matching the style of the printed tube caps made here.

• Reduce layer height in the top layers for smoother transition
• Some support needed for the overhang that snaps into the fixture
• Support residues need to be cleaned up, sanded down for smoother handling
