I wanted to use the Cartographer probe & CNC carriage with the A4T toolhead which requires removing ~1.8mm from the bottom of the mount.

UPDATE: After some testing, it seems like removing the 1.8mm doesn't raise the probe high enough to be compatible with Touch probing on Cartographer.  I only had about 2mm height difference between the probe and nozzle.  Added new 2.4mm jig which accomplishes the recommended 2.6mm nozzle clearance.  Remaining thread depth in the carriage supports mounting the probe with m3x4mm screws.

Warning

Cartographer CNC carriage

The Cartographer CNC carriage is made for StealthBurner, not A4T. The probe will sit too low if used with A4T unless you have the tools and skill necessary to remove ~1.8mm off the bottom of the Cartographer CNC carriage mounting points where the probe attaches.

This provides a jig to securely hold the carriage with a cutting slot for a fine kerf saw or hacksaw at the correct spot for removing the correct length of material from the carriage.  Mine was snagged at a garage sale but it's similar to this: https://a.co/d/4gsyozR

Jig includes mounting holes for securing to a wood cutting surface (a scrap of 2x4 works well).

“Rigid” option encloses the area near the slot.  It's not really necessary but it stiffens the cutting slot a tiny bit more and prevents the jig from squeaking while cutting.
