I tried 0.4mm deep recesses for the feet, which I figured would be two layers, but they were too shallow, only served as visual markers where to put the feet, I don't think they'll keep the feet from ever being knocked or peeled off. I increased the recess to 1mm on the uploaded STL, but you may need to adjust it for the feet you're using.
The feet I'm using are McMaster 8771K82 and they grip reasonably well, the tray won't slide around as easily but some grippier feet still would work better.
The Fusion3D file is an imported STL but hopefully you can still adjust if needed.
The author remixed this model.
Scaled down in x and y to better fit Uno cards, removed the two bumps so the cards sit flush, and put some recesses for 0.75" / 19mm adhesive-backed rubber feet.
