HP Circular Plotter Pen Organizer Divider

If you have an original round HP Plotter Pen Organizer, chances are the foam inside the holds and pens in place is disintegrating.

This model replaces the foam with slots for 40 standard plotter pens. It will fit in the round HP Plotter Pen Organizer that originally held 30 pens. The inside width of the organizer is about 140mm. This model should fit in either the short or tall pen organizer.

To create the model, I first used this site to generate a circle packing design for 40 circles within a 139.5mm diameter circle. I downloaded the PostScript file, converted it to SVG, loaded into TinkerCad, adjusted the height, and added six legs.
