longer filament holder with M3 inserts and taller lip

Modified the original holder so it is slightly longer with a bigger lip and M3 inserts. This fixed spool jumping and makes it easier to remove and replace as often as needed. I tried a few other rollers and mods but a simple fix to this original part is working best for me. Bearing based rollers had too much backlash.

This was a real qick modification done with an import into SCAD, cutting and pasting the part and adding some insert holes. I needed a fix fast. Please feel free to make this even better.
