1* End cover 1
1* Screw Cover 1
1* Screw Cover 2
1* End cover 2
(number of keys)* spacer :
[key width usually varies between 2mm and 1.6 mm, choose the propitiate spaces or scale it as needed]
((number of keys)-1)* splitter
there are may variations of keys and i cannot cover them all. So, if you make an adapter please remix this model with you adapter and comment it so i can put it in a list here.
for making an adapter, you need a hole of 3.4 MM diameter and leave an offset of 0.4 MM between 3D printed part and the key.
adapter height is the same as key.
2* M3*4*5 heated inserts (M3*4*4 also works)
M3 screw (chamfered) with the following height
key width*number of keys (assuming they are all same width) + number of splitters*2 + 2 (+/- 1)

example of screw type

here is virtualization of parts:
in my case i needed a 4 slots key with only 2 occupied. (so i needed two extra spacers)
start by installing the heated inserts first
then start assembling on side only ( i do recommend starting with key side first)
order is going to be:
key - splitter - key - splitter …

note that screw should set flash

Dont tight this side too hard yet, leave it loose to install the other side
on the other side , insert the screw more then install the spacer or insert it into the splitter till you reach the other end
now gently tighten the screws and make sure you everything function as intended
lastly install screw covers (they should snap in)
and congrats, you have your own key organizer
any comment, suggestion or adapters feel free to comment it.
