Ridgid USB Outlet Battery Adapter

This is a 3D-printed case for adding a 12V USB accessory outlet to a Ridgid or AEG 18V battery adapter. It lets you mount a standard panel-mount USB socket on your battery so you can power or charge devices using your tool batteries. Use a USB socket that can accept up to 24V, like the one linked below.

You’ll also need a soldering iron for the heat set inserts, #6-32 flat head screws (1-1/2" and 3/8" long), and standard nuts. Other 12V USB sockets and adapters from Amazon, Aliexpress, or similar sources will work.
