Wyze Cordless Vacuum wall mount

General:

Replace a broken wall mount, or add a wall mount for your Model S cordless vacuum.

 Why I designed this:

I loved my original Wyze cordless vacuum, so we bought an S for the upstairs as well. We were disappointed to find that it doesn't come with the same type of wall mount that the OG did. So I set to reverse engineering the mount.

Printing notes:

Layer height: .2

Recommended Material: PLA works fine, but ABS/ASA or PETG would probably last longer

Supports: Snug automatic(as shown)

Infill: 15-25% Gyroid or triangle

Walls: 3

Other Modifiers: Print as oriented

Material Quantity: ≈145grams with supports as shown

I printed from PLA on Centauri Carbon at .2 layer height with 15% Triangle infill and 3 walls in 3.5 hours

Notes:

I modified the design slightly from the one pictured after printing this one.

1. Removed the fillet on the bottom plate for better printability
2. reduce the height of the accessory tab from .12” to .08” because it caused some slight interference
3. increased the hole size on the ID of the accessory mounts by .005”  for a better slip fit where support remnants made things a bit tight.
