SCIENCE BEHIND : The cat food I use (Purina One Turkey) has ≈379 kcal/100 g, according to Animed UK and Hyperdrug data. If my cat is 4 - 6kg, that means she needs roughly ≈190 kcal/day. If I use the simple rule of three, the pet needs ≈55g/day, I added 10 g cause she stays outdoor.
