Habsburg House crown - Házi korona - Brillantkrone

Az Erzsébet (Sissi) és Zita királnyék 1867-es és 1916-os koronázásán használt un. Habsburg "házi korona" 1:1 arányú nyomtatásoptimalizált modellje.

A modell elkészítéséhez a mellékelt fényképeket használtam. Az abroncs átmérőjét a Szent Koronához viszonyítva határoztam meg, a többi méretet a közeli fényképről. A gyémántok kiosztásának meghatározásához használtam még a más szögből készült képeket, illetve a közeli tárgyfotó negatívját is.

A modell készítésénél a valósághűség, a nyomtathatóság és a belefektetett energia között próbáltam megtalálni az egyensúlyt. A modell vegyesen multibody és multipart technikára támaszkodik. Az illesztések névleges mérőjűek, de nyomtatás után nem igényel sok posztprocesszálást. A liliomoknál ragasztás igényelt, a többi alkatrész rögzítése attól függ, hogy mennyit faragunk le belőle. A képeken látható elkészült darabon a váz fehér Creality Hyper ABS-ből készült, és Revell 94 arany modellezőfestékkel van festve. A gyöngyök és a gyöngysorok festetlenek. A gyémántok Polymaker áttetsző PETG-ből vannak, aminek anyagbeállításai előre kikísérletezendők.

Az eredeti SolidWorks 2022 fájlok és az alkatrészek .stl fájljai a tömörített mappában találhatók, az egész összeállítás pedig egyben ki van exportálva .step és .stl formátumokban.

A 1:1 print-optimized model of the so-called Habsburg "house crown" used at the coronations of Queen Elisabeth (Sissi) and Zita in 1867 and 1916.

I used the attached photos to create the model. I determined the diameter of the circlet in relation to the Holy Crown, and the other dimensions from the close-up photo. To determine the distribution of the diamonds, I also used photos taken from other angles and the negative of the close-up photo.

When creating the model, I tried to find a balance between realism, printability and the energy invested. The model relies on a mix of multibody and multipart techniques. The fittings are zero tolerance, but it does not require much post-processing after printing. The lilies require gluing, the attachment of the other parts depends on how much we carve off of them. In the finished piece shown in the pictures, the frame is made of white Creality Hyper ABS and painted with Revell 94 gold modeling paint. The pearls and the strings of pearls are unpainted. The diamonds are made of Polymaker transparent PETG, the material settings of which should be tested in advance.

The original SolidWorks 2022 files and the .stl part files can be found in the compressed folder, and the entire assembly is exported in .step and .stl formats.
