The AirFlow Project (140mm Air Amplifier + Integrated PCB Mounting)

This project presents a remixed version of the popular Noctua Air Amplifier, specifically adapted for 140mm fans. Beyond the size adjustment, a key improvement is the integrated central mounting solution for the "AirFlowS3 mini" control board, a custom PCB designed for intelligent fan management.

140mm Fan Compatibility: Redesigned to fit for standard 140mm cooling fans.

Integrated AirFlowS3 mini Mounting: A dedicated, central mounting point has been incorporated directly into the amplifier's design, ensuring a secure and streamlined fit for the AirFlowS3 mini PCB.

Future Rotary Encoder & DC Jack Cover: A forthcoming update will include a custom cover designed to accommodate a rotary encoder and a DC-DC jack. This will allow for direct, on-device control of fan speed and power input.

Intuitive Fan Speed Control: The integrated rotary encoder will enable precise and easy adjustment of the connected fan's RPM.

The AirFlowS3 mini Board

This board is a ultra small 40mm x 40mm costom designed PCB for powering and controlling up to 4 x 12v  PWM-fans. You can control the fans via a rotary encoder or via WebUI (not implemented yet).
