Adjustable push block for woodworking table saw work down to 1/4" strip. I sacrificed a few extra features to keep it simple and easy to build. I printed the slider and handle from ABS-GF for some extra strength, but all the main parts can be printed from ABS or PETG as well. I wouldn't recommend PLA just in case of any softening in a hot shop environment.

The main body gives ~1.5" of clearance above the workpiece, which should be plenty for typical cuts. The slider rides in two dovetails on the main body, and is locked into place with the handle screws. Commercial designs will let you set the slider and handle positions independently, but that does add complexity and requires additional t-slots and hardware.

Additional Parts

  • (2) M6x50 or ¼-20 x 2in Screws
  • (2) M6 or ¼-20 Hex Nuts (non-locking)
  • (4) M4 x 12 threadforming screws or similar
  • CA “Super” Glue

Once parts are printed, the TPU treads are super glued onto the bottoms of the respective parts. Optionally a TPU pad can be glued on the top of the handle - test without first to see what is comfortable for you!
