Modular Nintendo Switch Grip

After printing too many tests for my last grip, figured modular would save print time and let use TPU for the grips.

After trying other printed grips and just feeling like my hands were being pushed too far out, I decided to design my own where the grippy part was moved to the back.

Using a rail system let me test grips without reprinting the WHOLE thing and also allowed for making a few different versions, but with feedback I've settled on one with a nice smooth grip and a finger groove that seems to work for all hand sizes.

The grips are designed to fit exactly over the rails, that way the TPU holds on well. If you plan to print them out of a harder material, expect to do some sanding.

One nice side effect is the ability to stand it upright without the kickstand, although it's halfway useless since you have to have the joycons connected to use it…

Edit: After multiple prototypes I have rounded many corners, removed a large portion of the back material, and settled one a one-size-fits-all grip instead of the 3 previous versions.
