Universal Bed Leveling & Calibration Suite – Optimized for All Printers (Including Small Beds)
Struggling with first-layer issues? This G-code toolset helps you dial in your bed leveling with precision—whether you're using a large-format printer or a compact machine. Designed for flexibility, speed, and ease of use, this calibration suite gives you everything you need to get reliable results across a wide range of 3D printers.
It’s especially helpful before big prints or after mechanical changes. Just load the file that fits your situation—cold or hot nozzle, with or without test print—and follow the on-screen prompts.
Smart Bed Leveling Wizard – Stops at all four corners three times each to let you fine-tune the bed level manually. Just tap your printer’s button to continue.
Quick Movement Between Points – Faster transitions keep your printer moving efficiently between checks.
Auto Purge Line – Cleans the nozzle with a purge line before test printing starts, helping prevent layer inconsistencies.
Bed Ejection – Finishes by pushing the bed forward for quick access and easy cleanup.
Cold Nozzle Tests – Safe leveling mode that won’t risk melting your bed surface. Ideal for major adjustments or first-time calibration.
Hot Nozzle Tests – For final tuning and dialed-in precision once clearance is verified.
Calibration-Only Versions – No print, just fast, safe leveling.
Print-Only Option – Confident in your setup? Skip leveling and just run the adhesion test.
Readable Filenames – Clean, intuitive names that display properly on most printers, including those with small screens.
Always begin with a COLD nozzle test if you’re unsure of your current bed height. This prevents damaging your build surface. Follow it up with a HOT nozzle pass for fine adjustments.
Default settings are:
Bed: 60°C
Nozzle: 210°C
To change them, just open the G-code in any text editor:
Hot files: Adjust lines 7–9
Cold files: Adjust line 7 (bed), and lines 77–78 (nozzle)
Grab a piece of regular printer paper.
Start a leveling file based on whether your nozzle is cold or hot.
Use the paper to test friction under the nozzle at each corner.
Adjust bed height accordingly.
Press the printer’s button to advance through each corner.
If using a print file, monitor the first few lines and tweak as needed:
Too squished? Lower the bed slightly.
Not sticking? Raise the bed slightly.
