Hand Towel Ring Hanger

Wanted a not-blocky, yet still strong hand towel hanger.  Found a nice style but it had the rung parallel to the layer lines, so I decided to make my own.

The Ring_Holder needs re-oriented before printing to the side w/o tall bit, but other than that it should print as needed
