The newest iteration of the Australian passport is notorious for curling up and warping of the cover due to temperature and humidity. So I've made a sleeve that helps retain the shape of the passport for long term storage.

This is made specifically for the Australian passport which has 34 visa pages and 42 pages total. The inside of the sleeve is around should fit 4mm thickness easily as the clearance should be around 4.5mm to 4.3mm depending on print settings.

The passport I measured is 125mm x 88mm and about 4mm thickness at its thinnest and 6mm at its thickest near the binding (which is why the cover ends where it does).

The standard passport size internationally is 125mm x 88mm which means most passports should be able to use this design as well, but the thickness is where it could be different due to page numbers and usage. I recommend taking measurements of the passport for length, width and thickness (measure multiple points to find thinnest and thickest points) to ensure compatibility.

Feel free to remix this model for your specific countries compatibility!

I printed this with a Bambu Lab P1S with default settings and vertical on the plate as it currently is in the STL files.

I've also uploaded a more minimal version with no back cover, only the frame to retain the general shape.
