These fit onto the Kawasaki OEM frame sliders, replacing part #39156. They fit the bike better, are more aero. The original slider pucks are over $200 to replace and are pretty ugly, with too many snag points. These cost about $5 to print and are essential for track bikes.
These need to be printed in two pieces with 95A TPU, 6-8 walls and 20 top layers, try to get as much solid plastic on the top as possible. The two pieces can be welded together with PVC cement that contains THF (not the non-VOC type, see lots of hazard labels). Use THF outdoors only. One brand is Oatey Medium Clear PVC cement. The bottom piece is not structural, so any good bond is ok.
DO NOT PRINT WITH BRITTLE PLASTICS (ABS, PLA ETC.). Either TPU (not flexy type) or nylon.
