I took the cross section of DontWorryAboutIt's Hill mount bearing and modified it to fit Ivan Urbánek's Strurdy mount for Hadley telescope. To build it you will need a bowden PTFE tube (4mm diameter, less than 1 meter long), 12 M4x10mm screws, 6 M4 heat set inserts and 6 M4 nuts.

Assembly:

  1. Print all parts three times
  2. Add 6x heat set inserts to middle part
  3. Slide middle parts onto top parts
  4. Insert PTFE tube, arrange into ring shape and push it together
  5. Screw lower parts onto middle parts (offset by half a part)
  6. Screw onto Hadley telescope sturdy mount
  7. Screw the little tabs together so the top part doesn't jam
  8. Done!

Differences of the remix compared to the original

Added a base to make it more stable, made it smaller to fit sturdy instead of hill mount and added holes to screw onto mount
