This is an outdoor case for a cheap moisture detector from China. It protects it from rain and also keeps it elevated above ground, so it doesn't trigger in normal rain, but if it's raining super-hard and there is about 1cm of water on the ground, it will detect and raise an alarm through a smart home solution.
I recommend not printing this from PLA, as PLA doesn't do well with moisture/water and might break up. I printed using PETG.
