Simple 120mm USB-C Fume Extractor (Also Air Cooler?)

QUICK OVERVIEW

• Lightweight USB-C 120mm fume extractor with carbon filter.
• Simple assembly - Only 2 parts. No soldering and no heat insets.
• Turns into an air cooler with an ice pack.

HOW TO BUILD

Only 2 parts - Fan base and fan plate. Drip tray for ice pack is optional. If you want to edit, here's the link to my Tinkercad.

• 12V 120mm Fan (I use a Delta 15W 1.24A)
• 12V USB-C PWM Controller (There are a few variants. I use one with USB-C on one end, 4 pins connector on opposite end.)
• 120mm Carbon Filter
• Fan Screws (Need 6 X M4*8)
• MERV 8 Filter (Optional)
• Reusable Ice Pack (Optional)
• Rubber Pads (May need these)

MY PRINT SETTINGS

• 0.25mm layer height, 0.42mm line width.
• 3 walls, 3 top & bottom shell layers, 20% gyroid infill.
• No supports.
• PLA/PETG will do.
