TRX-4M High Clearance Links

These are TRX-4M high clearance links traced in Fusion 360. They are traced off of INJORAs High Clearance Chassis Links CNC Aluminum Links. I may come up with beefier version. But I have been pretty pleased with how they have held up. I have not broken on yet and I have done some decent to hard core crawling with them for about two weeks. But I CANNOT guarantee that they will not break easily.

Printing:

I printed these in Creality PLA Black at 50% Gyroid infill.

Assembly:

These are compatible with the TRX-4Ms original plastic ballbearings. Also compatible with Injoras brass ballbearings if you have any extra on hand from any of they're products that come with them. If you do use Injoras brass ballbearings do not use the rubber rings that come with them.

Step 1: Pop the original plastic bearings from the original links using a small screwdriver.

Step 2: Place the bearings in your new printed links and push them in. When you push them in they do not make a snap sound like the original do so just be aware of that.

Repeat steps for front link.
