TL;DR: Model B “Recommended” is the most aesthetically pleasing, Model C “Minimalist” is the smallest and fastest to print and will fit better in a pouch/case/bag.
The purple one on the main picture is Model B, the light blue one is Model C.

New Model C “Minimalist”: Inspired by a remix of my ROG Ally Stand, the C model is ideal for transport in a bag or case and print in about half the time from B. From a design standpoint Model B is still my favourite. Hence models have been renamed as Minimalist, Recommended and Legacy.

Model B “Recommended” : The intake fins have been removed as some users have reported breaking them. Some minor design changes have been made. This Model B now use a tiny bit less material and should print just that much faster. Model A is off course still available.

Model A “Legacy”: My original design, some reports that fins may be prone to break.

Pictures:

Model C - Minimalist is the light blue one
Model B - Recommended is the purple one
Model A - Legacy are the gold and white ones.

About the model:

2 small tabs “lock” the stand in place by fitting in the back bottom screw holes. There's also provision for the air intake. Feedbacks are that the stand lock very tightly in place.

2  Variants for each Model: One with a flat bottom and one that can accommodate 4x 12x3mm rubber feet like those.

Layer Height: 0.2mm
Infill: 15%
Support: None.
Material: Any, there are no report of deformation due to thermal considerations. Model C might not be solid enough in some TPU. To be confirmed.

Some pictures above are from an actual make from OatmealParmesan. Cheers to him for posting the first make and letting me use his pictures of the stand in action!

Thanks to Valve for releasing the Steam Deck CAD file. Makers would love to see more manufacturers do so!
