Modified Bluetooth adapter to fit the plugs of the QMX. Not sure if anything will be affected in the radio by using this, but it is working for me. Proceed with caution: I'm not winding any new toroids for you if you blow up your QMX.

3.5 mm stereo jacks (had this around, but I'm sure others will work): https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/same-sky-formerly-cui-devices/SP-3530A/9486671
Suggest also tapping the audio jack holes with a 8mm tap (or whatever your jack is).
As far as assembly goes, solder on the wires to the jacks before you thread them into the bottom piece; then solder them to the board. I soldered a small jumper between the audio jack sleeve pads as well. Make sure you solder the wires on the side of the board opposite the button so the wires don't get pinched. Should fit fairly snuggly.
