First time sharing a model!

0.12 mm (more detailed) for faces, 0.2mm for dice
Supports needed
When printing faces, filament color change recommended on layer AFTER 2.4 mm height (no AMS required)

These came about a couple years back from my obsession with customizable dice - I was trying to replicate brick-like dice, but found that often 3d printed snap-fits are hard to make robustly. At the same time I was discovering the world of Gridfinity, so magnetic dice came to mind!

I use smaller layer heights for dice faces,

6X 6mmX2mm circular magnets are needed (the same for standard Gridfinity), + 1X for each plate printed. I use 2 magnet jigs with opposite orientations, one to glue magnets to the die and the other to glue magnets to the bottom of the plates. This ensures all plates will be compatible with all dice!

The plates are designed to have a 16mmX16mm face, but the dice structure makes it chunkier. Also magnets add weight to them, so they are kind of heavy, but I like how every roll has more weight to it!

MagneDice can be useful for designing boardgames with custom dice, changing dice faces through iterations, or can be a basis for upgradable dice games - I'm exploring the design of one myself - but I have used them as well to make chore dice (randomly select which chore to do next), hobby dice, etc!

I'm including two sets of plates, numbers from 1 to 6 and some clean board game icons, but plan to include more in the future. Please let me know if you have any request and feedback! Keep on printing!
