Two-color model with optional hanging loop (one object in the file has the loop, the other doesn't).  You can print just the frame without the core, but you'll have to spend some time with a particularly pointy needle nose pliers to remove the support from the inside.  Requires AMS if you want to do two colors, there's no way to print separate and weld.  

To prevent plate texture on the bottom points, make sure to have a full layer of raft.  The points will be sturdier if you choose 3 wall loops.  I use a build tower, and also flush into the object infill.  To reduce the amount of contrasting gunk on the outside, make sure to use the exterior color for support material, and don't flush into the support.  

This model takes a long time (and some waste plastic) to print, but if you print multiple on the plate, you'll waste less time & plastic per item.  They can be spaced closer together than I placed them in the uploaded file.
