Gasket Ring for Umbro Ice Towel Bottle – Leak-Proof Upgrade

The original Umbro Ice Towel bottle has no gasket or sealing ring, which often leads to leaking – especially when the bottle is tilted or lightly squeezed.

I designed this flexible gasket ring to fit perfectly into the cap groove and create a reliable seal. With this upgrade, no water escapes – even under mild pressure.

🛠 Print settings recommendation:

Material: TPU (preferred) or other flexible filament

Layer height: 0.2 mm

Infill: 100%

Supports: Not needed

Nozzle: 0.4 mm

💡 Tip: After printing, press the gasket firmly into the lid groove. It should sit snug and slightly compressed when the lid is screwed on.

I’ve been using this design for a while, and it works reliably every time.
