Skewer Handle

The build uses skewer hardware:
2x Slug screws 4-40

to attach the back of the grip

For the first version you need:
1x 10-32 long screw

to attach the back nub. 

I also made a version that uses a dovetail instead of the 10-32 screw, but it is untested as of now.

Both versions use the silly collet to attach to a barrel. If there is enough interest I may consider the dowel version.
