Makita 18v adapter - remix for 3mm bolts

This is a remix of fablab.ee's Makita 18V battery adapter with mounting holes for m3 bolts in a slightly different location to better suit my requirements with a 52x58 mm pattern. 

The holes are also countersunk further so the same length bolts can be used in all 4 holes.

I have also modified the retainer plate to indicate contact polarity and allow access to the status pin if you wish to include circuitry to monitor LXT battery state.  I do not do this, but there is an over-discharge prevention circuit on Instructables : https://www.instructables.com/Making-a-Over-Discharge-Protection-for-Makita-Batt

As with the original design, this adapter fits Makita 643852-2 Battery terminals.  These are available from many sources, including Amazon and eBay.
 

There are overhangs, but I was able to print without supports.  There are a few hanging filament strands, but not enough to impact functionality.
