Hardware

• A plastic screw like the original one (~#10x20) or any domed head plastic screw with a diameter between 4 and 5mm and length 20mm. The head screw should not exceed 3mm height.

or

• M3x25 screw
• M3 washer
• M3 nut

Printing instruction

You want it quite sturdy. Then:

• 2mm thick walls for perimeters / top and bottom.
• 40% infill
• PETG or ASA should be enough (it has to stand UVs).
• A charged filament should be better for the main bloc, not the lock part.
