Replacement plate separating mechabox from battery for Styer AUG airsoft replicas. This plate fixes the position of the mechabox in the axis of the gun (it has a significant effect on the tightness of the nozzle in the hop-up chamber). The plate contains a hole for inserting a low-profile M6 nut into which an M6 screw is inserted to fine-tune the position of the mechabox. After finding the correct length, it is advisable to fix the screw in the nut with thread glue, or at least instant glue. The whole board can be reinforced with a metal washer, but if the number of perimeters, top and bottom layers and at least 30% fill are sufficient, this is not necessary.

The "source" file BaterryPlateAUG.scad is attached to the models, in which you can use the constant "nut" to remove the hole for the nut and set screw from the model. Then, to fine tune the height of the model, the "distance" constant can be used to support the back of the mechabox from the front.

Náhradní deska oddělující mechabox od baterie pro airsoftové repliky Styer AUG. Tato destička fixuje polohu mechaboxu v ose zbraně (má významný vliv na těsnost trysky v hop-up komoře). Deska obsahuje otvor pro vložení nízkoprofilové matice M6, do které se vloží šroub M6 pro doladění polohy mechaboxu. Po zjištění správné délky je vhodné šroub v matici zafixovat lepidlem na závity nebo alespoň vteřinovým lepidlem. Celou desku lze vyztužit kovovou podložkou, ale pokud je počet obvodů, horní a spodní vrstva a alespoň 30% výplň dostatečná, není to nutné.

K modelům je přiložen „zdrojový“ soubor BaterryPlateAUG.scad, ve kterém můžete pomocí konstanty „matice“ vyjmout z modelu otvor pro matici a stavěcí šroub. Poté lze pro jemné doladění výšky modelu použít konstantu „distance“, která podepře zadní část mechaboxu zepředu.
