This part was designed this for a Prusa i3 MK3S with an accompanying IKEA Lack enclosure. In the instructions for building the enclosure, it's recommended that you replace the power supply unit (PSU) with a brace like this, and relocate the PSU outside the heated enclosure. I presume that's to prevent the PSU from overheating, and/or contributing too much heat within the enclosed space.

The Prusa i3 MK3S that this part was designed off of was purchased on November 2019. I'd originally used this part for the brace, but the top two bolt/nut holes are designed for M3 hardware, whereas the printer I'd recently purchased uses M4 bolts in that place.

So this part is identical to the one I'd remixed it off of, other than the top two holes fit M4 bolts and nuts instead.

Enjoy!

p.s. This part was modeled in OnShape. Anyone interested in remixing, can find the project here.
