π§ Key Features:
Waterproof Design (with test video): Fully sealed housing, tested and verified to keep your connections dry. Ideal for outdoor or harsh environments.
In order to achieve a proper seal we designed 3D prined TPU gaskets either for lid or the glands. It is recommended to use TPU 95A filament.
All gaskets can be printed separately and then inserted into the lid or onto the gland.
Can't print TPU? No problem!
For glands - Use out of shelve metric size M12/M16/M20 gland gaskets.
For the lid - Use silicone foam gasket:
3D-Printed Screwed Lid: Now includes print in place fasteners β no extra hardware needed. Keeps everything secure and easy to assemble.
Supports M12 / M16 / M20 Cable Glands & Grommets: Compatible with standard cable gland sizes, allowing you to tailor the box to your wiring setup.

Pole Mount Ready: Designed with optional pole-mount brackets β perfect for sensor nodes, CCTV, or outdoor installations.

Integrated Cable Tie Points: Built-in hooks to organize and secure your wiring using zip ties directly inside the box.
π§° Perfect for:
WAGO 221 terminal blocks
Smart home wiring
Outdoor sensor nodes
Custom electronics projects
Industrial prototyping and field setups
This model brings the functionality, flexibility, and ruggedness needed for real-world installations β all in a fully 3D-printable package.

Given the presence of electrical currents, it is strongly recommended to use UL-certified, self-extinguishing PETG filament for 3D printing this junction box. This material is particularly suitable for housings and insulating parts in electronics due to its flame-retardant properties, ensuring an added layer of safety and compliance with electrical standards.
For those who prefer a fully 3D-printed solution, the box supports customizable 3D-printed cable glands with wire diameter holes ranging from 4β10mm. Unused cable holes can be sealed with screw-in blind glands, ensuring a fully tailored setup to your needs.
Start with this 1X2 configuration of the box and explore its ease of use and adaptability. Stay tuned for more variations of this design, which will be uploaded soon. Follow us for updates and new designs to meet all your wiring needs!
