4N Threaded - Flat Head Screws and Nuts

The screw is designed to work with 0.4mm nozzles and will be compatible with 0.2mm and 0.1mm nozzles.

Pitch is 1.6mm with the root/crest and height of 0.4mm. The screw diameter is 5mm & 3mm.

These screws are designed to be printed on their side while the nuts are designed to be printed on their side or front.

I included the FreeCAD design file so you can make your own 4N screws and nuts. The design is quite simple and you can simply increase the first Pad to make the screws longer or shorter.

For the Nuts, I have found the best shape for the nuts work best when you increase the diameter of the thread to 5mm or 4.9mm.

Had a few screws be too loose and adjusted the thread profile. Results were a tighter fit on the Mark 4 and a more reliable print on the Mini.

Also added a 3mm variant of the 4N screw and bolt. Based on my testing I can't make this screw and thinner without getting a smaller nozzle.
