These 3D‑printed pump caps were designed entirely from scratch 🛠 for my Corsair H150i RGB PRO XT 💧 — a model not officially supported by the “Corsair Components: Make It Yours” contest.
⚠ I’m fully aware that this model doesn't meet the contest’s hardware guidelines, but I wanted to share it anyway as a creative example of how legacy Corsair AIO coolers can also benefit from community-driven 3D customization 🧩
✅ Each cap is a snap-fit design, just like the original Corsair cover.
🔧 Installation steps:
Remove the black outer frame by gently prying off the four corner clips
Carefully detach the Corsair logo sticker using a flathead screwdriver
Align and snap the custom-designed cap into place
Open Corsair iCUE and tune your RGB lighting for the best effect 🌈
🖨 These caps were printed using multi-color filament switching:
The base is printed in black PLA 🖤 for a clean, stealthy finish
The logos are printed in transparent PLA, allowing RGB light to shine through and create a glowing effect ✨
When paired with iCUE lighting, the transparent logo areas light up beautifully — especially with animated or static color themes 🌟
💡 Themes included so far:
🌀 Sharingan (Naruto)
🔺 Asus ROG
🟧 Prusa
⚔ Berserk
This project also serves as a friendly message to Corsair 📢: there’s clearly interest from the community to customize all AIO product lines, not just the latest models.
🧠 If you’re using the Corsair H150i RGB PRO XT, feel free to download, print, and install! Feedback and suggestions are always welcome 🙌
