1U 10" Rack Fan Tray for 92mm Fans (Noctua NF-A9 Compatible)

This is a custom-designed 1U tray for a 10" server rack. It is sized to fit a standard 92mm fan—specifically designed around the Noctua NF-A9 5V PWM, but it should work with other 92mm fans as well.

• My use case was for cooling the DeskPi RackMate T1/T0/T2 2U Pi mount tray, which holds 4x Raspberry Pi 5/4

• Honeycomb grille pattern for excellent airflow with structural integrity
• F3D (Fusion 360) source file included to allow for easy modification or adaptation to other rack depths, fan sizes, or mounting needs
• Easy print: no supports required
• Including a small 10mm x 4mm washer that I created to be printed in TPU and used to “soft” mount the fan to the plate
• Also including a thin test plate that can be printed to ensure hole spacing works for the rack mount
• The 2 extra holes toward the middle are for a zip tie to secure the fan cable
• Designed with the Noctua NF-A9 5V PWM in mind
