Plastic replacements for the hardwood diffusers in my house fell apart after 15 years of humidity changes.

Description
PDFI have been unable to find replacement vent covers that work for my in-floor vents at the local home stores. I gave up and made this instead. It is not cost effective nor convenient.
Could not fit on my print-bed so have cut it down the wide middle section prior to slicing. Longer term will superglue. Picture shown of two pieces sitting together in the opening unattached. PLA @ 20% infill.
Updated 7/9 - Simplified design. Published CAD model.
