This is a custom-designed 3D printed bracket to add a Noctua NF-A4x10 24V PWM fan into the MikroTik CSS326-24G-2S+RM Cloud Smart Switch.
With this mod, I successfully reduced the operating temperature from around 70 °C down to 37 °C, greatly improving thermal stability and extending component lifespan.

Print settings:

  • Material: PETG (recommended for heat resistance)
  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Infill: 15% (works well, keeps it lightweight)
  • Supports: No support needed

Wiring can be easily routed and powered via the internal 24 V line (soldering required).
The Noctua fan can be fixed using the included anti-vibration silicone mounts.
